I saw the obvious but there is no apply button to make it happen
I had the monitors plugged in and I saw where I could select how the monitors are to be rotated but that alone doesn't rotate the monitor. There is no apply button. The monitors didn't rotate when I left the dialog box. Those buttons don't take affect until the power is turned off and and back on. Until that happened I was cursing the daylights out of my computer as I tried many things before turning off the power. There isn't anything that says power needs to be turned off just like there isn't anything that says that the menu bar needs to be dragged from one screen to another. It isn't obvious and frankly it reminds of Siemens software where things must be dragged to just the right spot to get them to connect to a network. No one can doubt that MS makes screen management much easier.
