OT: Friday Math Quiz

I wasn't even looking to solve it until I got home and there was no replies. Took about 5 minutes. I just checked for simple clues (multiplier, increment etc.) when I noticed that increments are 1/2 and 1/3, then I looked at last two numbers and it was obvious they were part of fraction following same pattern with increment of 1/4. That was it...
