Panelmate 1500 comm issues

I am having problems downloading a modified configuation file to a Panelmate 1500. I uploaded the configuration and modifed it. Now I can't download it. I used the transfer utility Ver. 2.01 and modified the config using panelmate power pro Ver. 6.02. Any ideas?
Do I have a software version issue?

What happens (or doesn't happen) when you try to download? After you made the changes did you export the database to a downloadable file?
