Panelview +1000 Out of Memory error

Has anybody seen this error message occur before on a Panelview +1000 touchscreen HMI?

"Out of Memory"

My customer says sometimes when the message is acknowledge the HMI re-boots itself.

The project is very small and I am only trending 10 tags at 1 sample / 60s.

I have done much bigger projects and never had this error message appear.

Any thoughts welcomed!

Are you using the DataStore ActiveX, or the ordinary trending function ?

RA Knowledgebase article 60759 suggests that this error message can appear when there is a compatibility difference between the ActiveX on the development PC and the one loaded on the PanelView Plus terminal itself.

I had this happen when i tried to store to many application programs on the unit.

you may have that problem when combines with the boot up procedure.
