PanelView 550 error

Every now and then I'm getting a 615 data error. It comes and goes. This is what I have..
PanelView 2711-K5A2 connected to a 1747-AIC
5/03................connected to a 1747-AIC
5/03................connected to a 1747-AIC
Only one PanelView is communicating to a 5/03. Haven't got the other one installed yet---money got cut. I have one more AIC connected to the DH485 network. It allows me to connect to the system to make changes. The system is working just fine.
