PIDE CVFaulted (Status1.2) Causes

Studio 5000 version 34. Have error on PIDE CVFaulted (Status1.2), Control variable (CV) health bad.

No more information online or in instruction manual. What could be some of the causes of this error. Thanks.

Sounds like the CVFault input is set to true, is something writing to it?

I’ll check that tomorrow. I missed that. Does the status1.2 bit prevent the PIDE from going into Auto mode?

I just tested on the bench, setting the CVFault will force the controller to manual.
