PIDE Deadband

I've got a PIDE loop in some ladder logic code on a CompactLogix L20 processor - I'm controlling temperature and I want to run on the PIDE deadband so that if I'm trying to maintain a temperature of say 30C the CV won't change unless the temperature reads +/- 5 of 30.

WHat tags do I need to set in the PIDE to enable this type of deadband? I tried just setting PVDeadBand but it didn't seem to have the desired effect.

I want to be in Operator Auto mode when I use deadbanding.

Can anyone help?
