Please Suggest free programming software for SLC 5/03 CPU

Sorry to inform you that there is no free programming software for all Allen-Bradley PLC.

While allentcm's reply is correct for the SLC 5/03 Allen Bradley does have a free programming package for the MicroLogix 1000 and 1100 lines.

Is it by any means possible that I use the free programming package for the MicroLogix 1000 and 1100 lines to upload, make changes & again down load the program in the SLC 5/03 PLC.

I realize the answer is not what you were hoping to hear, but the free programming software available from Rockwell will only program the MicroLogix 1000 and 1100 models. The software you will need for all other Allen Bradley PLC models (including all SLC models) is not free.
