When you say introduce the HMI are you looking for suggestions as to what HMI to use with S7-200?

I have successfully used AGP 3200 to communicate with a 200 series plc.
From memory you select "MPI" on the proface setup but select "200" as your plc type.
Check with your Proface agent if you need an "MPI adaptor plug".
I also use a length of profibus cable with two d - connector plugs with integral terminating resistors between plc and screen.
