Possible to simulate profibus with Actual CPU and simulate CPU?

Hello All,

Is it possible to test Profibus connection for Data Exchange actual CPU and another CPU (simulated)in PLCSIM? If possible kindly show me a way and any samples or manual will be very much appreciated. Thanks!

My CPU is 6ES7-315-2AF00-0AB0 very old and some SFCs are cannot used for Data exchange via PROFIBUS, so which SFC is available for my purpose data exchange. Please suggest me!

The other CPU (simulated one is i will use latest CPU 315-2Dp) as my old one is only possible master. i want to share Input between 2 CPUs each other. thanks for soonest reply!

No it is not possible to connect a real CPU with PLCSIM.
