PowerFlex 755 T SOS

I am having an issue with my 755 powerflex in one of my production lines.

I currently cant network with it whether i am connected via direct or across the plc network. Normally i can see it when online check parameters exc. i cannot as of now.

It is my main DC bus supply,i cant put an ip tool on it to ping it or ping it on the pc. it shows a "ALN-56.1 PF755T DC BUS SUPPLY ethernet/ip fault" on the HMI and on the H.I.M. (755) it shows a "SW Bus Over volt" fault code 13068

Im under quite the pressure by production and im not sure of my next move.

you can reset this fault by reset this drive circuit breaker temporarily after making sure that manual move the load all way down if this is vertical application , if this fault occurs frequently, you have to
follow above article to troubleshoot this problem.
