Problem with Siemens CP5512 PCMCIA Card

Hi.
Looks like my CP5512 is broken.
How can check if CP5512 is damaged or not?

MORE INFO:
My CP5512 doesn't work (Step 5.4 SP1). Cable (RS232 - DB9 pins 3,5,8) adapter is fine, driver is OK (driver instalation was OK). When I'm checking connection there is an error but when I'm checking CP5512 hardware there is a message - no hardware problems - IRQ19 and everything looks fine (no windows conflicts). I tried to connect to other CPU314, CPU317 - no accessible nodes at all = NO COMMUNICATION.
Any ideas, software links?
