Profibus Analysis - Recommendations please

Hi
I am looking for recommendations for analysing profibus DP installations.

I would like to disconnect the cable from a master and connect it to a laptop via a special adaptor and analyse both the profibus cable and the nodes for installation checks and diagnostic purposes.

I have seen various via google but they seem expensive.

I am not interested in using an oscilloscope because I dont have the experience to recognise bad frames etc.
