Proficy Machine Edition 5.5 Question

I'm still in the process of converting from LM90 to PME. I've got a new machine in the plant and I requested that the vendors write it in the new format to avoid more conversions. The project(s) were written separately; i.e. the PLC and Quickpanel programs are not separate targets in the same project, rather, they are separate projects entirely.

What is the best way to combine these as targets in one project?
