Does anyone know if it is possible on on these old Quantum 113/2 PLC's to use a currently established MB+ network to push a 4-20 value from PLC "A" to PLC "B" which then writes that value directly to a 4-20 output? The current MB+ network is used by SCADA (iFix) read stored values and change setpoints if needed by a GE Proficy machine via an Ethernet to MB+ bridge.

Certainly is. You need to use the MSTR function block.

Then just move the value to your analog output using ADD with second operand as zero.
