I'm a beginner to PLC and Hmi programming. any one please help how to connect HMI to pc. HMI has a printer **** enabled by default, It does not change . As far as cable I have 2711-NC13 and 9300-USBS rs232 to usb converter. Any guidence please?

The last digit on the PanelView Standard 2711-B6C9 part number indicates that it has one RS-232 port that supports only serial printing, and one RS-232 port that supports only DH485 protocol.
To download to it, you need some kind of DH485 protocol interface on RS-232. In general, the most straightforward one is the USB/DH485 converter, 1747-UIC or an purpose-built equivalent.
A general purpose RS-232/USB converter, even the A-B branded one, cannot run the DH485 protocol and will not work with this specific terminal.
If the terminal has v3 or later firmware, it can use the Flash card slot to connect to removable media for copying runtime applications to and from the terminal.

Note: the printer port being unswitchable to upload/download mode is unique to the DH485 PanelView terminals, part numbers ending in 3 or 9.
The other PanelView Standards with printer ports and a fieldbus port (DH+, RIO, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Ethernet) do allow you to switch the printer port to upload/download.
I have no idea why that feature was chosen to work that way, considering the historical PITA of DH485 interfaces to PCs.
