PWM to Analog

I have a Drive that outputs a PWM signal to simulate a 0-10 VDC output. When I read this in my plc the signal jumps around alot. The manual suggests an RC filter circuit.

The recommended circuit should be shown below if I uploaded the .gif right.

Does anyone make one of these in a terminal block?
