Good morning!

I'm trying to find a DIN rail-mountable 4-0channel PWM amplifier that is capable of accepting a 5VDC PWM with a maximum frequency of 180Hz and using it to drive 24VDC outputs that energize the coils of proportional solenoid valves at 3A

I purchased one on Amazon, buts it's not readily mountable and one I received always has an output on channel 4 and blows the fuse if I energize output 1, so I have my reservations as to its reliability - https://www.amazon.ca/WALFRONT-4-Ch...9829&sprefix=pwn+amplifier+din,aps,120&sr=8-2

Thanks

Yes lots of people have posted feedback on many of those cards with similar problems often even though the current required by motor or Solenoid is no where near the supposed rated value they blow,

You don't really care that it is a PWM amplifier, the PWM bit is done by the thing providing the PWM signal, you just need something that will take the 5V signal and switch quickly to a 24V signal. A Solid State Relay will do that. One here that is 5Amp, has a control voltage of between 5 and 15V, an output voltage of between 1 and 48V, and a PWM frequency maximum of 500Hz
Though I would probably go for one with a higher maximum current.
