RA FactoryView Studio Data Logs

Does anybody know how to read or import RA FactoryTalk View v5.10 data log files into Excel?

Although the file is a txt file it is not human readable...

Get what you want in a trend, then create a snapshot of the trend, and open it directly in Excel.

The annoying part is that FTView has a LOT of false zero's, but that can be sort of gotten around.

I would like to get the actual raw numbers if that's possible.

There's a conversion utility available to get the data form the proprietary format.
