Red Lion G304k crimson 3

My understanding is that crimson 3 can be used on the G304K.
The HMI that i have has crimson 2 runtime and the Crimson 3 gives me the Do not support error. Do i need to specify when ordering?
 
All G304Ks will run C3. What exactly is the message you see? Did you create the database specifically for a G304K?
