I'm trying to use a Red Lion Cub counter (Cub5B00) as a counter and give the cub's counts to a Graphite G12 PLC/HMI to display. After about an hour of the plc being on, I lose connection to the cub and I don't see the data communication light (red light) on the RS485 port. I however still have the green flashing on the rs485 port.

Welcome to the PLCTalk forum community !

What driver are you using to communicate between the Cub5B00 and the Graphite G12 ?

Are you visualizing or enabling any error counters or diagnostics for the driver ?
