Rockwell Automation Chat Support-Why isn't Chat available when I'm logged in?

Last week I had Chat has an option on Rockwell Automation Support . Now I don't . I know our support contract is alive and well . Have any of you had this issue before ?

Many support techs are working from home. Might not have that option at times.
