You will need to talk to your local AB distributor and order it.
As far as I know it is not free, if you have a TechConnect contact you can go to the Rockwell website and download it from the software downloads page.

Is it possible to download the PLC code to RS Emulator 5000 like the case with RSLogix 500 Emulator ??
If not, then how can I simulate an existing RSLogix 5000 PLC code ?

Yes, you can download your code to the Logix 5000 Emulator. It works similar to the 500 emulator. Much better in most cases.

I am having an issue using the RSLogix Emulate 5000. I have setup the EmuLogix Controller 5868 in slot 2 and 1789-SIM in slot 3. I have also configured the driver in RSLinx Classic using Virtual Backplane (SoftLogix58xx, USB).

Now when I go to start a new project in RSLogix 5000, the emulator controller type does not show. Do I need to download something or configure the controller somehow?

What version of the Emulator are you using and what version of Logix/Studio 5000 are you using?

Im using RSLogix Emulate 5000 version 20.01 and RSLogix 5000 version 20.01

What edition of Logix 5000 do you have? Is it the Professional version? Can you see the other standard ControlLogix controllers? The Emulate controller selection is near the bottom of the selection dialog box.

Its Enterprise Series and yes I do see other controllers there, 1769's, 1789's ControlLogix and 1794 FlexLogix.
