Long time creeper first time poster. You have all been a big help with the archived answers here, so thank you!
- RSLogix/Studio 5000,Powerflex 753 Drive, communicating through ethernet.
TL;DR - Upsized drive and motor. Can't delete old module to create new one to change motor data to 17A 600V from 1.7A 600V.
Root Cause: We have upsized the motor and drive to an already existing setup. Trying to delete the module for the old drive and create a new one to accommodate the change from 600V 1.7A to 600V 17A as we cannot connect to the drive without doing this.
Allen Bradley's response is to shut down the PLC make the changes then download it. (which would be easy enough but here at site they do not want me to do that).
I deleted all tags used in association with the old module, including all tags with node status monitoring. I can not find where the I_StsMntrNode data type was created in the first place. Still can not delete the module after doing this.
Any tips on what I am missing?
