s7 300 redundancy problem

I am having a problem with an S7 300 and the redundant connection. Everything has been working fine until I changed the config on the analogue output cards in both processors.Now I am seeing a return value at FB101 alternating between
16#8015 and 16#0000 in the master cpu and a return value of 16#8018 in the standby cpu.
Any ideas anybody?

What exactly did you change on the analogue output card config??

Could you tell us what models of CPU are the master and slave and how they communicate?? Can you go online and check your hardware config? does it look healthy? check diagnostic on both CPU's.
