S7-300 with IM153-4

I'm using TIA as software , after configuration S7-315 and connected with IM153-4 by profinet ,and download and go online , all the modules which connected with the IO distributed device have red crossed "unreachable ".

what i have to do ?!

Have you also transferred the IP addresses and PN IO Names to the modules ?

Can you ping all the modules ?

actually i gave them IP addresses but the same problem
what do mean by PN ?
