S7 400 and Citect v5.42 Ethernet connection is not working

I have a running backup of Citect and plc and I want to make a spare PC station so I have installed the win XP and somatic net v6.0 and import the xdb file .All the PC station configuration done . But I can't communicate with Citect. Please help.

When I am diagnosing by S7 Connection Diagnostic app it is showing "Not Used"
Please help urgently..

Show us the status of 'Station Configuration editor'.
Show us the configuration in Citect.

Since this is an Ethernet connection, you could probably have cloned the old PC to a virtual PC, and bridge the virtual ethernet adapter to a physical ethernet adapter, and it would work right away.

Please help urgently..
