S7 Problems with downloading the System Data

Compiling the HW goes fine.
Hardware is consistent.
When downloading i suddenly get this error:

(DA23) The block is not active (embedded), the block is
occupied or the block should be deleted now. Repeat
the function later.

I Click OK and the this error comes.

There is a problem with the connection to the receiver of the HW configuration.

I have never evere faced this error/problem before and i don't know how to solve it. Any ideas out there?

What kind of hardware have you got & what is your version of S7?

Did you try to download the system configuration from both the S7 manager & the hardware configurator?

I tried to delete SDB online but the CPU wouldn't allow that. But problem is solved now.
