We are having an issue with some servers, with "Teamed NICs" is we plug one cable leg of the team into one switch and the other to another switch it works, if both legs are to the same switch then it wont fail between leg 1 & 2 going to server.

Network is a fiber ring of Siemens Scalance switches with RSTP enabled.
