Serial Communication with Ignition Scada

i need to connect a machine with Ignition scada to get the OEE Data of the machine. The machine doesn't have a PLC. May be a micro-controller or Embedded system running in DOS. It has four RS232 out. I'm thinking connect these RS232 with an Ethernet converter and connect to Ignition through Ethernet. For reference i have attached some of the images that i received.

It will depend on the data format output, but I did this years ago using a perle iolan and the Ignition driver for UDP/TCP comms.
