Servo drive fault s39 bus power leakage

All the servo guys out there looking for a little help? I am having issues with a Kinetix 5500 keeps giving me S39 BUS POWER LEAKAGE FAULT. Does anyone know how to fix it the fault will clear but when i try to start the machine back up and it gets ready to run that servo it faults out.

Check the bus ac/dc configuration. ( standalone, sheard)
Check mechanical resistance ( gerbox, bearings, chain tension)
