Kindly at which temperatures are the servomotors ok to run?
We are trying a machine for long periods, and some of the servo drives displayed a motor temperature of 113 degrees celsius, measured by its inner encoder sensor.
As per below data sheet, the case temperature can reach 125 degrees.
Is it safe for the servomotor?
" Rockwell MP, VP and TL-Series Servo Motors: Maximum allowable surface temperature:
These motors have a maximum permitted case temperature of 125 degrees C. This equates to a stator (winding) temperature of approximately 155 degrees C, but this would depend on other environmental factors. "
