Hi everybody,
In my project , I want to implement a positioning control of a Servo motor and drive from SEW manufacturer.
My PLC is S7-1511-1PN and I use TIA portal V15. The servo drive is MOVIDRIVE MDX61B. In the project , I've created a Technology Object (Positioning Axis) but when I want to configure the Hardware interface I've got an error message in encoder section. The drive section is configured successfully without error but in Encoder section the error is : "Different Telegram Types/ address of the set point and actual values on the same interface are not permitted" .
I tried other PD in the drive but still nothing. Does anyone have experience to use MOVIDRIVE MDX61B in technology object and Motion Control Function Blocks with TIA Portal:wish:?

Does MX61B support telegram 3 , 105 or 106?
I’m only aware of TO’s supporting these type standard telegrams.
I worked with these servos in Step7 V5.x
I believe your going to have to write a function block or use SEW’s without
a technology object

I'm not sure ,does that drive support the telegrams or not.

Thanks for the suggestion. Maybe I should try that one. But I don't understand what you mean by "use SEW’s with
a technology object" ?
