SF on SIMATIC-S7-300 314 CPU,program err

Hello. I`m using S7-300, 314 -> 6ES7314-1AG13-0AB0 and Step 7 V5.4 + SP3. I have problem with system function block (SFB35) which contains alarms and its being called by function block. On that event CPU goes in SF, and in diagnostic buffer saids:

"SFB not loaded
SFB number: 35
Requested OB: Programing error OB (OB121)
Priority class: 12
Internal error, Incoming event"

Any suggestions?

SFB35 only works with S7-400.
