Siemens Comfort Panel Enable Smartserver Wihout Project file

Anyone know of a way to enable smartserver on a TP1500 comfort without having to have the original project file?

I don't even get the remote tab appearing in the wincc internet settings and I read that it's because a box wasn't ticked when the project was downloaded.

I also read you cannot upload HMIs and edit them.

I am trying to give remote support because we are in lockdown.. would be a great help.

Nope. You can check if SmartServer was enabled through the control panel on the TP1500, but if it's not there, it wasn't enabled in the project.
