Siemens CP340 supply 5v pin 9

Hi, been looking everywhere for this info but cant find it. Does anyone know if the CP340 RS232 card supplies 5v to Pin 9.

This is from the manual:

Pin Designation Input/Output Meaning
9 RI Ring Indicator Input Receiving call

It is labelled as an input signal, so I would say no 5V output from that pin.

Thank you, looks like i'm going to have to hash together some sort of power supply.
