Siemens Equivalent to AB's 1794-AENT and 1794 Flex I/O

Our entire plant is Siemens S5 and S7. I was wondering what
the Siemen's equivalent is to Allen Bradley 1794-AENT,and the 1794 Flex I/O. We would like to make some improvements
to our S5 applications.
