SLC500 5/05 cannot apply 100Mbps full duplex

I use SLC500 5/05 in my process but I cannot apply the Processor run on 100Mbps. I config it to use auto-negotiate but the processor still run on 10Mbps half duplex. Anyones can recommend me how to? Thank

How about your switch, is this configured to 100 mbps ??

Some of the older 5/05 cannot run above 10Mbps. Make sure your unit has a new enough ethernet daughterboard.

Can you post the firmware revision on the 5/05 label?

Compare that with what is shown in RSLogix 500.
