Source Key

I am sure this has been discussed with no solution. But I need to unlock a program and do not have the source key. Is there anyway of unlocking this without the original source key? I have tried a decryption tool found but did not work.

Rockwell support will do it if you can convince them that the original source is yours, or your companies.
