Stahl Exicom ET-75 & MODBUS

We have 3 of these units, that we need to talk to via MODBUS. Has anyone used these before? We the manual, but to us, the modbus information is vague, there is not an example as in some of the other devices that I have setup.

These are intrinsically safe units if that helps?
