steeplechase VLC Flowchart password

I have a cust. that needs mods to there Steeplechase VLC program on one of there mach.s, but an unhappy maint. worker that is no longer working for this cust. installed passwords on a few of the key flow charts.

Does anyone know of a way to reset or remove these passwords, and before anyone jumps on me "YES the cust. does own the equip. and the operating software, and yes I do have a developer usb key".

Any help would be greatly apprec.
