Hi, Okay, I have been playing with the wiring from the driver to the ab unit and the CWW & CW works. However, the motor spins the same way....

If I energies CW the motor spins counter clock wise,

Did you try putting back the wiring as original and trigger your CW and CCW jogs. Maybe there was some poor connections in your initial setup.

Near as I can tell, the Parker unit you gave the part number for is ONLY step and direction input.

So, your stepper module must be configured for step and direction and I believe that it is not - you must set bit 10 of the configuration word 0 - N7:0 should be changed from -32752 (bits 0, 4 ,& 15) to -31,727 (bits 0, 4, 10, & 15) I order for it to output step and direction as separate outputs to the parker unit.
