Dear friends,

I has a problem with my simoreg 6RA2287. Some of the thyristor were broken. The original thyristor is printed "Siemens BStN45B90", but this thyristor looks already discontinued.
I found the similiar one: "Semikron" SKT340.
But my hesitation: BStN45B90 has Vgt max 1.5V but SKT340 has Vgt min 2V.

Can I still use SKT340? or another type of Semikron, because it's easy to find in my country.

Thanks,
Hanx
