Toshiba PLC EX40H - error indication on CPU

Dear Forum Members,
We are having a TOSHIBA PLC EX40H which might be an obsolete Product. It is used on emergency diesel generator for its control. The Engine soon after starting , stop with in 02 ~ 03 minutes automatically & an "Error" indication appear on CPU .

The description in manual is as under.

"Lit when the Controller detects an error in either the CPU or memory. Operation is automatically stopped."

Can someone elaborate it further?
OR
Let us us know also if this "error" on CPU can appear due to Problems other than CPU or memory as mentioned.

Suggestions:
1. Check the mains for proper voltage and frequency,
source the mains with separate independent supply.
2. Replace internal battery.
3. It is possible a device on an input or output failed,
causing temporary voltage loss to unit.
4. If problem remains, Replace unit.

One other suggestion:
The program may be corrupted, re-load the program.
