Toyopuc installation problems (PCWin)

When I try to run PCWin after installing, the following error occurs:
The SENTINEL installation check did not complete. There is a problem in the computer.

We were told it had something to do with the Option 1 software, but that is installed. Any help is appreciated..:cool::cool:
