I'm working on a Schneider TSX Micro TSX3722001 with an alternately flashing ERR and TER led. The machine has been idle for about 3 years and I suspect at some stage the batteries have died, but I've replaced them in the PLC and memory card recently. I guess I need the OS-LOADER to upload the operating system but I don't have this program or know where to get it. I've made a cable using a RS232 to RS485 converter and have PL-7 software running on a XT PC. I haven't got the PLC and PC to talk to each other yet so I'm a bit stuck. Can anyone give me some advice?

ERR flashing means no program.

Do you have the source program? You would need to download it to the PLC with PL7 Pro or PL7 Junior. Don't know why you want to update the OS ?
