Unable to add new modules to a project v30.11

I have just installed Studio 5000 V30.11 on my Windows 11 Pro machine. First I had an "Invalid Pointer" error that required me to update Factory Talk Services to V6.30 then repair the Logix Designer V30. This error would cause Logix Designer to crash if one attempted to view or edit controller properties.

Now I am unable to add modules to my controller. I have tried many combinations of controllers and modules. The message I get is shown in the screenshot. An odd thing I notice is that attempting to filter by any Category leaves me with 0 results.

If I open an existing project, the modules will remain and I am able to check properties etc. But I am still unable to add new modules. All of this is offline

Has anyone experienced this?

You're going to end up uninstalling Studio5000, uninstall module profiles, reinstall Studio5000.

I believe our support has expired...
I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, uninstalling/installing 28->29->30, copying Module Profiles from a working machine
