Urgent Help Wincc communication

Hello All,

On a plant Wincc Pc was breakdown.Loaded windows2000, wincc6.0 and simatic maneger with cp5611. I made format and load all project again. Now i connec to plc with simatic maneger but not connect with Wincc. Plc are 2 cpu. S7-400 cpu.Us profibus.How i try wincc and how kind adjustment? Pls help me..
