What do you know about accessing 4 inputs over a cellular/IOT network?

Hello,

We are looking at setting up some machines in another country where internet is not available.

We could use some cellular service where this is.

In a nutshell, we will have 4 inputs (Contactor NO - Running), that we need to see, so that we understand how often the machine is being ran. It would be great if this was stored in a cloud that we could access.

Many of the devices I've found are bridges for ethernet. So to use them, I would also need to use a PLC of some sort, but that takes the cost up too much.

Thank you for any help!
