WinCC Runtime Problem

I have a problem with WinCC V6.0,this software running properly since more 3years, but yesterday after I found computer shutdown (due to UPS proplem), I start it, but when I start WinCC application it stuck before runtime started "exactly as attach runtime", and it gives me sometimes messesge " your software license has expired", despite the licence is ok, please see attached screenshot.

Please help me,
